Our Shoes are doing many things which we can learn and implement in our life to stay Happy.Get all happy points here:

  1. Shoes are light in weight but they carry heavy weight to control our balance which teaches us that we need to carry all burdens of our life like shoes to balance our Life.
  2. Shoe laces tighten our foot grip to run fast and the same way our relations are, as their strong bonding with each other strengthen us to run our day to day life.
  3. It’s outside hardness & inside softness teaches us that whatever the hardness we have in our attitude we should have softness inside.
  4. The most important part of our shoes is its sole which makes it durable and teaches us that we should have a nice Soul inside us as without our soul we are incomplete.

So these are the points and learning we should learn in our life from our shoes in a way to handle things and be happy in our life.

No More Suffering


Stop-Pain

 

If you don’t escape, if you allow the suffering to be there, if you are ready to face it, if you are not trying somehow to forget it, then you are different.

Suffering is there but just around you;it is not in the center. It is on the periphery. It is impossible for suffering to be in the center; it is not in the nature of things. It is always on the periphery and you are the center. So when you allow it to happen, you don’t escape, you don’t run, you are not in a panic. Suddenly you become aware that suffering is there on the periphery as if happening to someone else, not to you, and you are looking at it. A subtle joy spreads all over your being because you have realized one of the basic truths of life, that you are bliss and not suffering.

Suffering is always from inside thoughts , what we think bad to us comes in suffering part. We have to enjoy all the ups & down of life as it has its own glory.

Allow your body to fight against your suffering then only you will enjoy the exact nature of suffering and you will get aware of that it is only because your over thinking .

So No more suffering from now , enjoy each second of life whether its bad or good.

The mind is a mysterious and elusive thing. This list reveals some of the weirdest things about your mind.

1 – Fast asleep? Your unconscious is still listening:

Some people swear that if they want to wake up at 6 am, they just bang their head on the pillow six times before going to sleep. Crazy? Maybe not. A study from 1999 shows that it all comes down to some nifty unconscious processing.

For three nights, a team  put 15 volunteers to bed at midnight. The team either told the participants they would wake them at 9 am and did, or told them they would wake them at 9 am, but actually woke them at 6 am.

This last group had a measurable rise in the stress hormone adrenocorticotropic from 4.30 am, peaking around 6 am. People woken unexpectedly at 6 am had no such spike. The unconscious mind, the researchers concluded, can not only keep track of time while we sleep but also set a biological alarm to jump-start the waking process. The pillow ritual might help set that alarm.

2- Your mind can change your brain :-

Yes, your mind—that is, your thoughts— can change your brain. Odd as it may sound, as you create new thought patterns, you actually rewire your brain. The more you practice a new thinking habit, the more the same neurons will learn to work together and wire together. As neuroscientists say, neurons that fire together, wire together. In other words, “…directed, willed mental activity can clearly and systematically alter brain function.”

What you can do: Deliberately change your self-talk. For example, if you tend to wallow in frustration and anger when you make mistakes, practice telling yourself, “Mistakes are just part of life. I will make a conscious effort to learn from my mistakes.” Or write down the self-talk you’d like to adopt in a given situation, then recite it to yourself when needed.

3-Break bad habits by hacking the autopilot in your brain :-

So much of what we do in our day-to-day lives, whether it be driving, making coffee or touch-typing, happens without the need for conscious thought. Unlike many of the brain’s other unconscious talents, these are skills that have had to be learned before the brain can automate them. How it does this might provide a method for us to think our way out of bad habits.

Ann Graybiel of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her colleagues have shown that a region deep inside the brain called the striatum is key to habit forming. When you undertake an action, the prefrontal cortex, which is involved in planning complex tasks, communicates with the striatum, which sends the necessary signals to enact the movement. Over time, input from the prefrontal circuits fades, to be replaced by loops linking the striatum to the sensorimotor cortex. The loops, together with the memory circuits, allow us to carry out the behaviour without having to think about it. Or, to put it another way, practice makes perfect. No thinking required.

4- Simple feeling words can calm your mind and change your brain.

Sad. Anxious. Angry. Whatever emotion is causing you distress, recent research shows that labeling it can ease your upset feelings and help you feel more in control. Attaching a label to an emotion moves your brain activity from the fight-or-flight area (the amygdala) to the thinking area (the prefrontal cortex). It’s astounding what even one word can do.

What you can do: Notice when an emotion is overwhelming you. Search for a word that describes that emotion and then feel your emotions subside.

5-Your brain has a negativity bias, but your mind can teach it to be happier.

The term “negativity bias” refers to the brain’s tendency to react more strongly to bad things—dangers, threats, mistakes, or problems—than to good things, such as pleasure, opportunity, and joy.  Although the negativity bias has helped humans survive by alerting us to possible threats, it makes it harder for us to relax, enjoy life, and be happy.

Luckily, your mind can train your brain to be happier. Focusing on and experiencing the positive aspects of life actually builds new neutral structures in the brain. This is another incredible way that your mind can change your brain for the better.

What you can do: Become aware of pleasant or happy experiences. Bring them to the foreground of your mind. Linger on these experiences for 5 seconds or more. By doing so, you will rewire your brain, making it more likely that you will notice other positive things around you in the future.

Is your look is your identity?

Few days before I have seen a video where a group organize an activity in which they examine how people attract from beauty not from person .

An activity describes:

First Test : A small girl was in lead role , organizers dressed her like a poor girl and tell her to stand in the middle of  the street . People passed from that lane saw her and find her poor by her cloths so they ignored her and even not asked her from where she came from.

This test shows that if you wear teared cloths then may be no one see you or praise you as your first expression towards people will become your identity and people judge you accordingly.

Second Test : To prove these above said assumption wrong , team decided to do makeover of the small girl and dressed her like a doll and tell her to stand at the previous place.

Few minute later , one lady came to her and asked from whom she belong and sooner many people came close to see her or clicked pictures with her because of her beauty and charm.

This test confirmed their assumptions true which concludes that 90 % of people believe your beauty is your identity and they recognize you with it only.

I am glad to tell you how & why I am here with Voice of dil.

It’s a long journey of my thoughts & views which want to spread on papers and read by readers like you.

It’s tough to explain each & every thoughts of your life to other person . Sometimes I use to talk to myself to tell me that I am my only close friend and share-taker of my thoughts.

Dreaming is good but live with that dream is not that easy the way we dream.

I always like to write my thoughts by different means or sometimes I decorate things around me to give the beauty of my thoughts which is unable to write.

Slowly, I decided to motivate people whom I know or don’t know to motivate them in their bad times and my friends appreciated me for my good work. After that I decided to write my own blog so that more people get aware of my thoughts and may be out of million of people few people find good ideas from my thoughts.

I believe in writing short but to the point. I know I am not much good in writing but soon I will surely win hearts of my readers .

Right to Education is every Child’s fundamental right 

Our Nation is promoting “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao abhiyan ” means Save Girls Educate Girls campaign.

If we are talking about education then it is mandatory for both boys & girls but people from past generation still believe that girls are born only to take care of home & do home activities . This underdeveloped thinking is still the cause of many countries growth. We have to change or get over from this mindset as today every child is equal whether its boy or girl.

I believe  in freedom to do things by your own way and no indiscretion , Fatwa & underdeveloped thoughts restrict you to not do those things.

Today’s generations are blessed with money as in past people donot have money to send their children to schools. We have opportunities to do something for our nation so as to educate our children for their & nation’s better future.

Its not only Army & Navy guys are doing job to protect our nation. God has given chance to each & every person to do something for their nation in different ways.Given your life is not the only way to prove your patriotism ,its only your good thoughts which will remain in others memory after your death.

We want people to open their mind and think freely and give education to their children. Good education will make their carrier and give different & logical thoughts to next generation .
