Is your look is your identity?

facts.jpg

Few days before I have seen a video where a group organize an activity in which they examine how people attract from beauty not from person .

An activity describes:

First Test : A small girl was in lead role , organizers dressed her like a poor girl and tell her to stand in the middle of  the street . People passed from that lane saw her and find her poor by her cloths so they ignored her and even not asked her from where she came from.

This test shows that if you wear teared cloths then may be no one see you or praise you as your first expression towards people will become your identity and people judge you accordingly.

Second Test : To prove these above said assumption wrong , team decided to do makeover of the small girl and dressed her like a doll and tell her to stand at the previous place.

Few minute later , one lady came to her and asked from whom she belong and sooner many people came close to see her or clicked pictures with her because of her beauty and charm.

This test confirmed their assumptions true which concludes that 90 % of people believe your beauty is your identity and they recognize you with it only.

Dear Readers , we want your assumption & comments on this.

My Journey towards My Blog

https://voiceofdil.com/

Hello Readers ,

I am glad to tell you how & why I am here with Voice of dil.

It’s a long journey of my thoughts & views which want to spread on papers and read by readers like you.

It’s tough to explain each & every thoughts of your life to other person . Sometimes I use to talk to myself to tell me that I am my only close friend and share-taker of my thoughts.

Dreaming is good but live with that dream is not that easy the way we dream.

I always like to write my thoughts by different means or sometimes I decorate things around me to give the beauty of my thoughts which is unable to write.

Slowly, I decided to motivate people whom I know or don’t know to motivate them in their bad times and my friends appreciated me for my good work. After that I decided to write my own blog so that more people get aware of my thoughts and may be out of million of people few people find good ideas from my thoughts.

I believe in writing short but to the point. I know I am not much good in writing but soon I will surely win hearts of my readers .

I always want to share my thoughts to people and want them to take another thought too before implementing mine.

Thanks for your support & concern in spreading my ideas to your love ones.

Right to Education

Right to Education

Right to Education is every Child’s fundamental right

Our Nation is promoting “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao abhiyan ” means Save Girls Educate Girls campaign.

If we are talking about education then it is mandatory for both boys & girls but people from past generation still believe that girls are born only to take care of home & do home activities . This underdeveloped thinking is still the cause of many countries growth. We have to change or get over from this mindset as today every child is equal whether its boy or girl.

I believe  in freedom to do things by your own way and no indiscretion , Fatwa & underdeveloped thoughts restrict you to not do those things.

Today’s generations are blessed with money as in past people donot have money to send their children to schools. We have opportunities to do something for our nation so as to educate our children for their & nation’s better future.

Its not only Army & Navy guys are doing job to protect our nation. God has given chance to each & every person to do something for their nation in different ways.Given your life is not the only way to prove your patriotism ,its only your good thoughts which will remain in others memory after your death.

We want people to open their mind and think freely and give education to their children. Good education will make their carrier and give different & logical thoughts to next generation .

We want our readers to  support & pass this message to each and every individual so that we can spread it widely.

Share as much as you can.

Billionaire

millionaire.jpeg

What is Billionaire?

We hear about “Billionaires” constantly. The term usually evokes images of celebrities, athletes and business leaders. We assume Bill Gates , Warren Buffet , Jack Ma , Mukesh Ambani etc are  all Billionaires.

We might also assume that a Billionaire literally has a Billion dollars of cash laying around, ready to be spent.

So what exactly defines a Billionaire? The answer isn’t as straightforward as you might expect.

The technical definition of “billionaire” is a person (or a married couple) with a net worth that’s greater than $1 billion U.S. dollars.

“Net worth” represents that person’s assets, minus their liabilities. Net worth is described as “what you own minus what you owe.”

How to Become?

  • Find your area of passion , don’t worry whether that field is the field everyone is pursuing or whether it is field which is in fashion. Even if it something which sounds boring but you may have passion for it then just go for it.
  • Once you find your passion, eat , sleep , breath it. Everything around and inside your interest area should be known by you. Trust me if it is actually your passion this will not take any effort.
  • Be extremely firm about your goal, don’t change it or don’t plan to shift after a few years just for the sake of experience.
  • Don’t be tempted. Through your journey, you will see your friends having fancy jobs and making more money. Ignore it. Just be focus and enjoy about what you are doing and never for one moment lose faith. Gap between you and your friends won’t take time to reverse.
  • Be healthy. Sounds irrelevant to the topic but trust me if you are fit, good looking with a good personality , your life will much easier. Even in low times, you will feel good looking at yourself in the mirror or just going for a jog.
  • Be in the Company of people those are crazy for hardwork & money. Looking at these people you will have no option but to up your strength.
  • Focus on the journey more than the goal. If your journey is pleasant, the goal won’t seem far.
  • Lastly, on your way to the top leave behind friends not ‘contacts’. One day one of these friends is gonna be reason to give you that extra million to make that billion
  • Sincerity, dedication, happiness and pure passion. Simple words but extremely difficult to pursue.

There are various other routes to become a billionaire. In my opinion , this is the way which cannot go wrong. Best of luck for your journey.

Purpose of Life

life purpose

The purpose of Life isn’t to be Happy – it’s to be fulfilled

What is your Purpose of Life??? …….Ask this question to you on daily basis.

Majority of people will definitely answer ….Its happiness ” Their purpose to stay Happy”. If you dig deeper into what they mean, they’ll tell that they want to feel good and comfortable and be at ease. On the surface, that sounds innocent enough, but the reality is that this pursuit of happiness is actually the cause of much of our misery. The notion that pleasure and contentment are the solution to all of life’s problems, and that once you acquire these states you have everything you need, is misguided at best and dangerous at worst.

There is more to life than happiness.

Why not happiness?

I consider myself a reasonably happy person. On most days, there is a general baseline that I don’t deviate too far away from for too long. I’m quite fortunate in many ways, and I’m more than grateful for that. I have enough. I don’t need to be filthy rich. I don’t care for fame. I’ve come to terms with the fact that comparing myself to others is a waste of time, and I don’t want to get stuck chasing hedonistic temptations for the rest of my life. There is nothing more that I realistically need.

Yet, I write. And when I write, I want it to be good, and I want people to read it. I have my general ambitions, and there are things I want to accomplish. I work quite hard, and it’s not always fun. But if I’m already content, why? Because I know that if I didn’t have any sort of desire for something more, then I would cease to feel content.

The reason is simple. The cause of my happiness isn’t that I have enough, but it’s that I have worked to get to a point where I have enough. It’s not that I woke one morning not caring what someone thinks or deciding that hedonistic pleasures weren’t important, it’s that I spent a lot of time thinking those things were important, suffered for it, and then worked to make them unimportant. The difference is subtle, but critical.

My happiness isn’t a product of me getting what I want. It’s the byproduct of the different challenges I have proactively overcome to earn what I want. It’s the expectations I have met or readjusted over time. I need something to work at to get it. If I stopped pursing things tomorrow, my lingering happiness would escape. Over time, it would cease to mean anything, and I wouldn’t be able to refuel it by simply wishing for more.

Due to its fleeting nature, happiness alone isn’t enough.

Is struggle always bad?

In many ways, humans can be characterized as biological algorithms. It’s not an entirely perfect analogy, but it works quite well to explain our behavior. We respond to stressors in our environment, which is the input, by manipulating ourselves through a process as to give us an edge that presents itself in the form of an output. Over the long-term, how well we do this determines our ability to thrive.

In the modern world, we have a lot of choice in terms of the exposure that we want to give ourselves to these stressors. Most of us could easily go through life trying to avoid significant challenges that arise in our environment, but that requires a form of escapism, and it’s not necessarily a healthy thing. You may be able to temporarily avoid a fight with your partner or to remove yourself from the desire to work towards a goal, but eventually, something will give. At some point, discomfort invites itself.

While happiness is best defined as a state of being content, we didn’t actually evolve to be content. We evolved to strive and to struggle and to compete, so by nature, we don’t get rewarded for being consistently happy.

Although some parts of society have taken these characteristics to their extreme in how they incentivize the systems and corporations around us, this intrinsic want for more isn’t something we can just shut off. We need to be better and to make progress and to feel more than just enough. This means chasing some ambition, taking on pain, and exposing ourselves to slight variances in emotional states. Doing these things in extremes isn’t the solution, but deviating away from a comfortable median is what actually allows us to maintain a baseline that we can refer to as happiness.

Without struggling against something, enough would cease to be enough.

What’s your story?

Happiness isn’t obtained. It’s earned. It’s not the product. It’s the byproduct. For this reason, the idea that some serene state of bliss can be sustained with pleasure and contentment, although seductive, is misguided. Over the long-term, it takes more than that. It takes a sense of striving. Gratitude is important, to be sure, and so is being well-adjusted enough to not seek out extrinsic motivators to provide a solution, but these things alone will only take you so far. The real secret is to live a story.

It’s to create a narrative that appropriately incentivizes you to choose a level of discomfort and suffering necessary for sustaining a deeper fulfillment. That will actually keep you in motion. That’s what makes the difference.

If you take care of the story, happiness doesn’t need to be enough. You get something better. You get sustained fulfillment.
