How much you know your people? Do you really know them or only judging them or its all your perception of knowing them .

Questions you should ask yourself ?

  1. Do you know them as per their Social info ?
  2. Do you know them as per other’s opinion ?
  3. Do you know them as per their work performance ?
  4. Do you know them as per their official/ professional look ?


5. Do you know them WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE ?

Basically we know our people as per the above mentioned 4 Points and we hardly focus on the 5th point as for it we need to work on that person to know him/her and rest 4 Points are easy to Judge anyone.

Every person has dual personality within it . One , which he/she is showing to others as per his/her social , professional & upfront behavior . Second one is what he/she actually is.

Its is difficult to examine the difference between two of them that who is real & who is not and once we know the phenomenon of knowing the difference then we will be able to know exactly about the person.

No one will exactly tell you about how you know your people but yes, you can focus on all 4 points and choose a common behavior out of them to exactly know the 5th point that is what actually is.

How to get rid of negative energy

Get rid of Negative Influences:- We know that we are surrounded by people who have negative thoughts about us and we cannot fight with them .We need to cut out those who are constantly unhappy, uncaring, abusive or neglectful. These people suck out all the positive energy out of you, the positive energy that you need to attract good things into your life.Surround yourself with positive people.

Clean out your Office / Home :- We need to clean all old / stagnant things which can absorb more negative rather positive from our home and ignore those people who have negativity in your office ambiance.

Change your thinking:- It is easy to get involve into negative things as it doesn’t require efforts and positive things are hard to achieve.Cleanse your own negative thoughts. Don’t let the small things bother you. Don’t complain and judge or criticize others. But also love yourself more. Be more forgiving of yourself. No one is perfect so don’t dwell on your mistakes or imperfections.And, finally, don’t play the victim. You create your own life—so take responsibility. Stop blaming others and start taking steps towards making your life better.

Put all of your worries on paper :-Take a pen and paper and write out everything that worries you. Sometimes it may seem like a lot in your head, but once you see it written down you will understand that it’s not that much and you can deal with it.

Also, the point is to take out all the negativity from inside of you and put it on an external object. So don’t think that you have to make this list short, or even make it a list at all. Try writing down all of your negative thoughts. Every single worried thought you’re having. And then just get rid of that paper. Burn it or throw it away.

Meditate :-Meditation increases serotonin production that improves mood and behavior. It decreases anxiety, helps gain clarity and peace of mind. It helps heal your energy system and maintain vibrant energy field.

Work it out :-Finally, when nothing else is working, and you still feel angry or sad, sometimes the best thing you can do is just sweat it out. In fact, many doctors are actually prescribing exercise to battle stress, depression and anxiety. Whatever you choose to do, go for a run, do yoga, lift some weights, swim, go for a long walk, play some tennis – a good workout will help clean out your mind of negative thoughts.





Happiness from Shoes


One can learn from everything everyday and today we will talk about what we can learn from Shoes….Yes I am Right from our Shoes.

Our Shoes are doing many things which we can learn and implement in our life to stay Happy.Get all happy points here:

  1. Shoes are light in weight but they carry heavy weight to control our balance which teaches us that we need to carry all burdens of our life like shoes to balance our Life.
  2. Shoe laces tighten our foot grip to run fast and the same way our relations are, as their strong bonding with each other strengthen us to run our day to day life.
  3. It’s outside hardness & inside softness teaches us that whatever the hardness we have in our attitude we should have softness inside.
  4. The most important part of our shoes is its sole which makes it durable and teaches us that we should have a nice Soul inside us as without our soul we are incomplete.

So these are the points and learning we should learn in our life from our shoes in a way to handle things and be happy in our life.

No More Suffering



If you don’t escape, if you allow the suffering to be there, if you are ready to face it, if you are not trying somehow to forget it, then you are different.

Suffering is there but just around you;it is not in the center. It is on the periphery. It is impossible for suffering to be in the center; it is not in the nature of things. It is always on the periphery and you are the center. So when you allow it to happen, you don’t escape, you don’t run, you are not in a panic. Suddenly you become aware that suffering is there on the periphery as if happening to someone else, not to you, and you are looking at it. A subtle joy spreads all over your being because you have realized one of the basic truths of life, that you are bliss and not suffering.

Suffering is always from inside thoughts , what we think bad to us comes in suffering part. We have to enjoy all the ups & down of life as it has its own glory.

Allow your body to fight against your suffering then only you will enjoy the exact nature of suffering and you will get aware of that it is only because your over thinking .

So No more suffering from now , enjoy each second of life whether its bad or good.

The mind is a mysterious and elusive thing. This list reveals some of the weirdest things about your mind.

1 – Fast asleep? Your unconscious is still listening:

Some people swear that if they want to wake up at 6 am, they just bang their head on the pillow six times before going to sleep. Crazy? Maybe not. A study from 1999 shows that it all comes down to some nifty unconscious processing.

For three nights, a team  put 15 volunteers to bed at midnight. The team either told the participants they would wake them at 9 am and did, or told them they would wake them at 9 am, but actually woke them at 6 am.

This last group had a measurable rise in the stress hormone adrenocorticotropic from 4.30 am, peaking around 6 am. People woken unexpectedly at 6 am had no such spike. The unconscious mind, the researchers concluded, can not only keep track of time while we sleep but also set a biological alarm to jump-start the waking process. The pillow ritual might help set that alarm.

2- Your mind can change your brain :-

Yes, your mind—that is, your thoughts— can change your brain. Odd as it may sound, as you create new thought patterns, you actually rewire your brain. The more you practice a new thinking habit, the more the same neurons will learn to work together and wire together. As neuroscientists say, neurons that fire together, wire together. In other words, “…directed, willed mental activity can clearly and systematically alter brain function.”

What you can do: Deliberately change your self-talk. For example, if you tend to wallow in frustration and anger when you make mistakes, practice telling yourself, “Mistakes are just part of life. I will make a conscious effort to learn from my mistakes.” Or write down the self-talk you’d like to adopt in a given situation, then recite it to yourself when needed.

3-Break bad habits by hacking the autopilot in your brain :-

So much of what we do in our day-to-day lives, whether it be driving, making coffee or touch-typing, happens without the need for conscious thought. Unlike many of the brain’s other unconscious talents, these are skills that have had to be learned before the brain can automate them. How it does this might provide a method for us to think our way out of bad habits.

Ann Graybiel of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her colleagues have shown that a region deep inside the brain called the striatum is key to habit forming. When you undertake an action, the prefrontal cortex, which is involved in planning complex tasks, communicates with the striatum, which sends the necessary signals to enact the movement. Over time, input from the prefrontal circuits fades, to be replaced by loops linking the striatum to the sensorimotor cortex. The loops, together with the memory circuits, allow us to carry out the behaviour without having to think about it. Or, to put it another way, practice makes perfect. No thinking required.

4- Simple feeling words can calm your mind and change your brain.

Sad. Anxious. Angry. Whatever emotion is causing you distress, recent research shows that labeling it can ease your upset feelings and help you feel more in control. Attaching a label to an emotion moves your brain activity from the fight-or-flight area (the amygdala) to the thinking area (the prefrontal cortex). It’s astounding what even one word can do.

What you can do: Notice when an emotion is overwhelming you. Search for a word that describes that emotion and then feel your emotions subside.

5-Your brain has a negativity bias, but your mind can teach it to be happier.

The term “negativity bias” refers to the brain’s tendency to react more strongly to bad things—dangers, threats, mistakes, or problems—than to good things, such as pleasure, opportunity, and joy.  Although the negativity bias has helped humans survive by alerting us to possible threats, it makes it harder for us to relax, enjoy life, and be happy.

Luckily, your mind can train your brain to be happier. Focusing on and experiencing the positive aspects of life actually builds new neutral structures in the brain. This is another incredible way that your mind can change your brain for the better.

What you can do: Become aware of pleasant or happy experiences. Bring them to the foreground of your mind. Linger on these experiences for 5 seconds or more. By doing so, you will rewire your brain, making it more likely that you will notice other positive things around you in the future.
