Indian Masala Tea
Tea is called a morning wake up dose and best to make you feel active instantly. Masala tea has its own features , taste and fragrance one cannot ignore.
You can take it any time as a refreshment to make your mind relax and ignore your lazy sleep.
It is very easy to prepare and take only 15 mins to serve.
- Black tea (granulated) : 2 Tbs
- Water : 2 cups
- Milk : ¾ cup
- Cardamon pods : 2 Green
- White pepper : a pinch
- Ground ginger : a pinch
- Cloves (optional) : 1-2
- Sugar as per taste
Fill the pot with the water, keep on slow flame and add the Black tea. Add the smashed cardamon into the water. Also, add the remaining spices and increase the flame. Bring it to a boil and set the flame back down. Let it simmer for 10 mins. Finally add in the milk and sugar and mix well. Strain the tea and fill it into the cups.
Serves: 2-3 Cups
