Indian Masala Tea

Tea is called a morning wake up dose and best to make you feel active instantly. Masala tea has its own features , taste and fragrance one cannot ignore.

You can take it any time as a refreshment to make your mind relax and ignore your lazy sleep.

It is very easy to prepare and take only 15 mins to serve.


  • Black tea (granulated) : 2 Tbs
  • Water : 2 cups
  • Milk : ¾ cup
  • Cardamon pods : 2 Green
  • White pepper : a pinch
  • Ground ginger : a pinch
  • Cloves (optional) : 1-2
  • Sugar as per taste


Fill the pot with the water, keep on slow flame and add the Black tea. Add the smashed cardamon into the water. Also, add the remaining spices and increase the flame. Bring it to a boil and set the flame back down. Let it simmer for 10 mins. Finally add in the milk and sugar and mix well. Strain the tea and fill it into the cups.

Serves: 2-3 Cups

Cook time: 15 mins

Total time: 15 mins

Chilli Gramflour Cheela( Delicious pancake)


Thank you Friends for your good responses on our Article “Chutney” therefore we again come-up with off the track Article “Chilli Gramflour Cheela” with its delicious recipe for breakfast special. 

It will take only 30 minutes to make it and serve it.

Course : Breakfast

Cuisine : Indian

Prep Time : 10 mins.

Cook Time  : 20 mins.

Servings  :  2 People


  • 0.50 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida powder
  • 0.50 green chilli small size
  • coriander leaves few
  • 0.50 onion
  • 0.50 tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Oil


  1. Chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves finely.
  2. In a bowl put Gram Flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, asafotida, salt and mix well. Add required water and make batter neither thick nor thin. Add chopped green chilli and coriander leaves to the batter and mix it well.
  3. Heat a non-stick Pan and pour a big ladle of the batter starting from the corner to the middle of the Pan like Omelet . Lift the Pan and tilt in a circular motion so that the batter spreads uniformly. Sprinkle chopped onion and tomato on the top. Pour little oil around the pancake and allow to cook for few minutes. Flip it over and cook other side also and remove.
  4. Serve with any Chutney.

I just wanna spend all my spare time by doing art on my walls , pasting me & my love pictures to make my home lively.

Yes , I know , I am a home-sicker & I want this sickness throughout my life.

Chutney ” lick it & burn your taste-bud” Awesome


Hiiiiii Friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I am sharing a very own recipe of mine….

A Chutney that burn your taste buds…..Amazingly awesome.

It will take only 5 minutes to make it and serve it.

Ingredients :

Half cup Coriander leaves , 4 garlic cloves , 2 green chili , small part of ginger , 2 tomatoes , 1/4 cup of pealed groundnuts , salt , half spoon cumin & 2 spoon curd.


Take a pan , heat it up then off heat and then fry cumin and pealed groundnuts together without oil.

Take the grinder jar , put Half cup Coriander leaves , 4 pealed garlic cloves , 2 green chili , small part of pealed ginger , 2 tomatoes (cut in pieces) , 1/4 cup of pealed fried groundnuts , salt as per taste , half spoon fried cumin & 2 spoon full curd or yogurt.

Start your grinder and grind till it form a paste . Taste salt , add , if required.

Take Chutney paste in a bowl, pour 2-3 drops of lemon juice and mix it with spoon.

Garnish & Serve:

Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve it with your delicious food.
