Night

Whenever you come ,you scare me like nightmare.

Your darkness, your silence ,your brighty moon 🌒 every where.

Whenever I try to sleep ,you scattered me like petals,

My memories,my worries,my unutterable words every where.

Hold me tight and don’t leave me alone,

I never want to recall things ,not at all.

Sun Light will come soon and my happiness too,

I am waiting for the day and will smile soon.

Love is always One sided

It makes me happy that’s why I’m doing it.

People are doing things to make themselves happy by saying the above said famous line. All of us trying to make ourself happy and becoming selfish as we never think about the second person.

Love is always One sided and most of the  people are in dilemma that love is always two sided which is not true as two sided love is only a expectation of our mind which has no connection with true love. We can’t control other side love, we can control our side only and how to do it is the question.

What makes me happy???? Today’s whole world is doing this thing to make themselves happy which is only a selfish approach towards any relation and it will lead to conflicts as we are not thinking about others.

In any relation when conflicts occurs it’s always because both person are thinking about their happiness. Both person have the same pain but one think that only I am in pain and other has less or no pain.

You can’t be happy by running for happiness for yourself. When we accept this thing that love is only one sided then we have no expectations from other and this is called true or pure love.

But ,no expectations is not our cup of tea as we are born to expect things. Expectation in my words is freedom of thoughts to accept bad or good things of other when you are in love with anyone.

Conflicts occurs when we have different state of mind in our relation which is not common and we only compare this common thing when we feel that love is both sided .

If we accept that love is one sided then only we start loving the person even his or her negative points too.

Give freedom of thoughts to your Love.

Halloween

Halloween.jpg

You might think putting on a mask is just for the kids, but it was actually adopted by pagans in the community during Samhain to scare off evil spirits. What started out as animal skins and heads has turned into something a little less gruesome now.

It was hoped that wandering spirits seeing people in their weird disguises would assume they were also spirits – and let them go free.

The British tradition of carving a scary face into a vegetable was originally done with turnips. When Irish immigrants took the idea of using pumpkins, because they were cheaper than turnips.

The legend of Stingy Jack inspired the carving.

He trapped the Devil, only letting him go on the condition that Jack would never go to Hell.

However, when he died, Jack learned that Heaven was out due to his devilish dealings, so he was condemned to wander the earth as a ghost for all eternity.

Gifted Jack a lump of burning coal by the Devil, Jack carried it round in a carved-out turnip to light his way.

You might think that the skeleton decorations are all a bit of fun, but in 2012, a postman thought a corpse was part of the Halloween display – but it was actually the resident of the house, who had died.

Dale Porch was coming back from working the overnight shift on November 2, when he collapsed on the porch steps.

The 46-year-old’s family was distraught and felt the postman should have done something.

Part of the Halloween tradition in colonial America involved the baking of a Halloween cake.

Bakers would hide various things in the cake to tell the future. A thimble was a symbol of bad luck with the ladies or gentlemen.

Also, presumably, a sign that you’ve got a costly visit to the dentist in your near future.

We turn-up our self in different shocking makeup so that we can tell bad people & spirit not to harm us and go away from our life.

Happy Halloween

Master Mind :- 5 Things You Didn’t Know About Your Mind

Intelligent mind

The mind is a mysterious and elusive thing. This list reveals some of the weirdest things about your mind.

1 – Fast asleep? Your unconscious is still listening:

Some people swear that if they want to wake up at 6 am, they just bang their head on the pillow six times before going to sleep. Crazy? Maybe not. A study from 1999 shows that it all comes down to some nifty unconscious processing.

For three nights, a team  put 15 volunteers to bed at midnight. The team either told the participants they would wake them at 9 am and did, or told them they would wake them at 9 am, but actually woke them at 6 am.

This last group had a measurable rise in the stress hormone adrenocorticotropic from 4.30 am, peaking around 6 am. People woken unexpectedly at 6 am had no such spike. The unconscious mind, the researchers concluded, can not only keep track of time while we sleep but also set a biological alarm to jump-start the waking process. The pillow ritual might help set that alarm.

2- Your mind can change your brain :-

Yes, your mind—that is, your thoughts— can change your brain. Odd as it may sound, as you create new thought patterns, you actually rewire your brain. The more you practice a new thinking habit, the more the same neurons will learn to work together and wire together. As neuroscientists say, neurons that fire together, wire together. In other words, “…directed, willed mental activity can clearly and systematically alter brain function.”

What you can do: Deliberately change your self-talk. For example, if you tend to wallow in frustration and anger when you make mistakes, practice telling yourself, “Mistakes are just part of life. I will make a conscious effort to learn from my mistakes.” Or write down the self-talk you’d like to adopt in a given situation, then recite it to yourself when needed.

3-Break bad habits by hacking the autopilot in your brain :-

So much of what we do in our day-to-day lives, whether it be driving, making coffee or touch-typing, happens without the need for conscious thought. Unlike many of the brain’s other unconscious talents, these are skills that have had to be learned before the brain can automate them. How it does this might provide a method for us to think our way out of bad habits.

Ann Graybiel of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her colleagues have shown that a region deep inside the brain called the striatum is key to habit forming. When you undertake an action, the prefrontal cortex, which is involved in planning complex tasks, communicates with the striatum, which sends the necessary signals to enact the movement. Over time, input from the prefrontal circuits fades, to be replaced by loops linking the striatum to the sensorimotor cortex. The loops, together with the memory circuits, allow us to carry out the behaviour without having to think about it. Or, to put it another way, practice makes perfect. No thinking required.

4- Simple feeling words can calm your mind and change your brain.

Sad. Anxious. Angry. Whatever emotion is causing you distress, recent research shows that labeling it can ease your upset feelings and help you feel more in control. Attaching a label to an emotion moves your brain activity from the fight-or-flight area (the amygdala) to the thinking area (the prefrontal cortex). It’s astounding what even one word can do.

What you can do: Notice when an emotion is overwhelming you. Search for a word that describes that emotion and then feel your emotions subside.

5-Your brain has a negativity bias, but your mind can teach it to be happier.

The term “negativity bias” refers to the brain’s tendency to react more strongly to bad things—dangers, threats, mistakes, or problems—than to good things, such as pleasure, opportunity, and joy.  Although the negativity bias has helped humans survive by alerting us to possible threats, it makes it harder for us to relax, enjoy life, and be happy.

Luckily, your mind can train your brain to be happier. Focusing on and experiencing the positive aspects of life actually builds new neutral structures in the brain. This is another incredible way that your mind can change your brain for the better.

What you can do: Become aware of pleasant or happy experiences. Bring them to the foreground of your mind. Linger on these experiences for 5 seconds or more. By doing so, you will rewire your brain, making it more likely that you will notice other positive things around you in the future.

Friends , if you know something about our mind then tell us and spread this knowledge.

Dearth of Breath

Dearth of Breath

It was 12 O’ clock in the night, my hands was frozen , feet were numb and I was still in sleep dreaming myself outside a church.

Roads were quite as something happened in the city. I was trying to remember where I was… Oh no!!!!!! I don’t have  any sense where I was. I was trying to operate my cellphone …Shit!!!! what happened with it???? Why the hell it is not working ….Dammed.

Suddenly I saw a speedy car stopped in-front of me . Why ??? Who??? What is this??? all questions scratching my head…

……………..Door opened …..

I saw few people came out of the car with an injured girl , blood colored her dress like she wore a red dress , she has long hair trying to cover her face but I was able to see her as wind flowing her hair . I had a sense that she was dead and they were taking her to the hospital besides the church.

Church!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t see it before.

I Recollected my thoughts, Suddenly I feel something on my left shoulder…. Turned around….Who is???? My heart choke , Breath Stop , feet numb , eyes broad open. I was trying to cry loud but unable .

Help me!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is Dearth of Breath , I want to live.

It was her behind me whom I found dead a minute before.

That dream realize me why our breath is so important to us as without it we are nowhere exist.

Forgive & Forget.

13_forgiveforget

Holding grudges will only lead you towards bad stuffs of Life. People do mistakes and they are born to do the same. A good person is one who forgive others mistakes not because he has nature of forgiveness it is because he don’t want to carry bad memories in his life.

Forgive is when you don’t want to make an issue of any mistakes and continue with that person . Forget is when you don’t want to recall bad things.

You must forgive a person for his mistake and forget it once but repeatedly will lead to worst situation and one day you will loose your own trust.

It is well said, “You cheat me once, shame on you; you cheat me twice, shame on me.”

Forgiveness is an attitude which we learn  from our elders but we our self learn how to forget bad things.

Forgive and Forget bad things once only because it may be done by-chance or by-mistake but second time it must be done willingly.

Its well said ” If you want to live happily forgive others mistakes but don’t forget , just learn from it.

Not born to be a Whore.

single-by-choice-just-not-my-choice-shirt-thumbnail

No woman is born to be a whore

She was sexually exploited during six years, from she was nineteen. Today she combines her life experience with the theoretical and political debate on gender issues, human trafficking and prostitution.

I’ve listened to the talk of her with great respect and interest. However, the last three minutes of it have caused me much perplexity and inspired me to know about a survivor of prostitution, but an example of ideological incoherence. Fifteen minutes into the talk, after having explained that prostitution is a violation of social, economical and cultural rights, and that it is not “the oldest business” but the oldest violence, She suddenly invites the audience to reflect in a state of induced relaxation on seven questions:

  1. How many times do you feel it’s your own fault?
  2. In which cases can’t you say “no”?
  3. What things aren’t you saying you are afraid?
  4. What are you afraid of?
  5. When you say “enough”, how much more do you tolerate?
  6. How many things do you give up for protection?
  7. In how many other things have you prostituted yourself?

What are these questions rather belonging to New Age type self-help books that promise liberation but produce guilt by postulating that socially conditioned evils are products of people’s own mind and personality in a talk that aims to vindicate the right of all women of not being prostituted? Do not we have enough knowledge of how manipulative and intimidating tactics or direct violence can turn any woman into battered, prostituted, kidnapped person, independently from whether she had previously been a guilt-loaded or self-confident, fearful or daring, unsecured or assertive person? We can postulate that “no woman is born to be a whore” “but rather becomes one”. But how? Through social, economic and cultural conditions that converge to dis empower her or because of her own personality traits? If we point out the latter, the cure might be worse than the disease.

And if it was not enough with the victim-blaming clichés suggested in the first five questions, the last two questions insinuate one of the most astute pro-prostitution arguments: that of “all women are whores”, as if the situation of women who allegedly “sell themselves” in patriarchal woman-man relationships of the “submission by protection” or the situation of any person who in order to achieve some advantage gives up something (which is the everyday use, outside the context of the strictly meant prostitution, of the expression ”prostituting oneself”) were comparable to the reality of women systematically sexually exploited by the sex industry.

To top it off, the last word of the last question uses a terminology that over the centuries has contributed and continues to contribute to the fact that the existence of prostitution is attributed to the victims of that institution rather than the male demand: “…you prostituted yourself”.

She uses in her lectures and writings the word whore, which she has argued in a television program as follows:

“I like to call things by their name. I use the word whore because it does not permit to disguise or lie. If you say women in prostitution or sex workers, you’re making up reality. Prostitution is violence and humiliation, not work. Hunger and vulnerability creates whores, and it’s a serious problem that sexual exploitation is organized and globalized.”

I also like to call things by their name, and even like to be politically correct (a term I am still using in its original meaning, before the current neo-macho and neo-liberal times have turned feminism into an insult and ridiculed the effort to use a language as just as possible). For this very reason I agree in part and disagree in part:

  • – I agree with that prostitution is not work, so to talk about sex workers is to be making up reality.
  • – Hunger and vulnerability themselves do not create whores, that is rather the work of globally organized johns and pimps, taking advantage of hunger and vulnerability, and using violence and humiliation in order to sexually exploit their victims.
  • – I can accept the word whore if it’s used by people who are or have been in prostitution, as a kind of resistance to stigmatization and claiming their dignity. I also accept that “persons in prostitution” (which I prefer to use) might be making up reality if does not include an explanation of how the person has come to that. So the contextual framework that defines the words has to be very clear. It is not the same thing to talk about a person who has been prostituted by johns and pimps as about a person who prostitutes herself!

“The prostitute is not a subject of rights, it is an object of use and abuse; there is no such thing as customer, there are only torturers who utilize prostitute, and that even can be the priest who is your confessor; prostitution is not a job, it’s a concentration camp. Argentina is an abolitionist country, so we have to fight against prostitution. If we are fighting human trafficking for sexual exploitation, we must fight hard against prostitution, because there is no free choice. You are choosing coerced, so there is no choice.”

If it’s so (and yes, it is), there is no place for victim-blaming questions nor wrong conjugations. No woman is born to be a whore, no woman prostitutes herself, no woman would be prostituted, if there were no men who want to use prostitutes.
