Let your curve speak

curve

Curves are the best body shape of a women to show her beauty created by the God to tell entire world that women are the most wonderful & beautiful creation of the GOD.

Women curves are always a part of discussion in different arenas whether it is painting , dress designing , picture perfect , ancient architecture paintings and many more. In India, Indian women wear saree to flaunt their waist curve which attracts their fiance to love her forever.

Many Television ads are also showing women curves by promoting their products like , wax ,  hair removal cream , pregnancy scar removal oil, Relief bams and many more.

I think if God have not created women so beautiful then these cosmetic companies vanished like anything.

But , I think that the most beautiful curve of a women body is her SMILE

Discover Yourself

discover yourself

Who are you? If you can’t promptly answer that question you don’t have a very clear picture of your own identity. Having a clear image of yourself is essential in relationships, self-confidence and growth. Just as it’s impossible to reach your destination when you don’t know where you are, it is impossible to become who you want to be when you aren’t clear on who you are.

Ask yourself why you want to discover yourself : A tough question to think a right answer

Growth : Soon if you are unable to find yourself your growth will effect as it is impossible to start making movements towards where you want to be.

Relationships:

By determining exactly what product you are selling along with its features and weaknesses you will unknowingly market a product to whoever you meet. Because most people aren’t quite sure what product they are selling they can’t possibly market it effectively.

But when you know exactly what you are selling then you can start to present yourself in a way that will attract people who are interested in buying this product. Of course this is true of all types of human relationships, be they friendship, business or intimate.

Self Satisfaction:

Knowing that, for right now, this is who you are, has an amazing level of self-satisfaction. When you are completely honest or unsure about who you are it is easy to get trapped into looking at tiny imperfections because you can’t perceive the whole.

Write the good & the bad:

You might be find difficult to write negative about yourself but this process able you you discover yourself what you like or what dislike. When you write these things down, realize that they are a part of you too. Accept the truth that these are components of your identity. Uncovering these parts can be the most difficult, but it is absolutely necessary if you want a clear identity that can be improved upon.

Improve it

Work on your bad things and improve it before it you get late.Working on your own negative part teach you to how judge others negative part and soon you will know other identity too.

You need to do the same thing with your identity. Find the parts of yourself that you didn’t like and begin the process of changing them. Find the parts of yourself that you did like and accentuate them even more throughout your identity.

Slowly you are close to discover yourself and once you know yourself your life will become so easy to live for. Difficulties comes when you have less knowledge about yourself and then you start judging others too as as are on judging mode of yourself too.

Believe in you is the biggest thing one can ever do for self motivation and if you do all these thing I think you are on your first steps to creating a life you really want.

Purpose of Life

life purpose

The purpose of Life isn’t to be Happy – it’s to be fulfilled

What is your Purpose of Life??? …….Ask this question to you on daily basis.

Majority of people will definitely answer ….Its happiness ” Their purpose to stay Happy”. If you dig deeper into what they mean, they’ll tell that they want to feel good and comfortable and be at ease. On the surface, that sounds innocent enough, but the reality is that this pursuit of happiness is actually the cause of much of our misery. The notion that pleasure and contentment are the solution to all of life’s problems, and that once you acquire these states you have everything you need, is misguided at best and dangerous at worst.

There is more to life than happiness.

Why not happiness?

I consider myself a reasonably happy person. On most days, there is a general baseline that I don’t deviate too far away from for too long. I’m quite fortunate in many ways, and I’m more than grateful for that. I have enough. I don’t need to be filthy rich. I don’t care for fame. I’ve come to terms with the fact that comparing myself to others is a waste of time, and I don’t want to get stuck chasing hedonistic temptations for the rest of my life. There is nothing more that I realistically need.

Yet, I write. And when I write, I want it to be good, and I want people to read it. I have my general ambitions, and there are things I want to accomplish. I work quite hard, and it’s not always fun. But if I’m already content, why? Because I know that if I didn’t have any sort of desire for something more, then I would cease to feel content.

The reason is simple. The cause of my happiness isn’t that I have enough, but it’s that I have worked to get to a point where I have enough. It’s not that I woke one morning not caring what someone thinks or deciding that hedonistic pleasures weren’t important, it’s that I spent a lot of time thinking those things were important, suffered for it, and then worked to make them unimportant. The difference is subtle, but critical.

My happiness isn’t a product of me getting what I want. It’s the byproduct of the different challenges I have proactively overcome to earn what I want. It’s the expectations I have met or readjusted over time. I need something to work at to get it. If I stopped pursing things tomorrow, my lingering happiness would escape. Over time, it would cease to mean anything, and I wouldn’t be able to refuel it by simply wishing for more.

Due to its fleeting nature, happiness alone isn’t enough.

Is struggle always bad?

In many ways, humans can be characterized as biological algorithms. It’s not an entirely perfect analogy, but it works quite well to explain our behavior. We respond to stressors in our environment, which is the input, by manipulating ourselves through a process as to give us an edge that presents itself in the form of an output. Over the long-term, how well we do this determines our ability to thrive.

In the modern world, we have a lot of choice in terms of the exposure that we want to give ourselves to these stressors. Most of us could easily go through life trying to avoid significant challenges that arise in our environment, but that requires a form of escapism, and it’s not necessarily a healthy thing. You may be able to temporarily avoid a fight with your partner or to remove yourself from the desire to work towards a goal, but eventually, something will give. At some point, discomfort invites itself.

While happiness is best defined as a state of being content, we didn’t actually evolve to be content. We evolved to strive and to struggle and to compete, so by nature, we don’t get rewarded for being consistently happy.

Although some parts of society have taken these characteristics to their extreme in how they incentivize the systems and corporations around us, this intrinsic want for more isn’t something we can just shut off. We need to be better and to make progress and to feel more than just enough. This means chasing some ambition, taking on pain, and exposing ourselves to slight variances in emotional states. Doing these things in extremes isn’t the solution, but deviating away from a comfortable median is what actually allows us to maintain a baseline that we can refer to as happiness.

Without struggling against something, enough would cease to be enough.

What’s your story?

Happiness isn’t obtained. It’s earned. It’s not the product. It’s the byproduct. For this reason, the idea that some serene state of bliss can be sustained with pleasure and contentment, although seductive, is misguided. Over the long-term, it takes more than that. It takes a sense of striving. Gratitude is important, to be sure, and so is being well-adjusted enough to not seek out extrinsic motivators to provide a solution, but these things alone will only take you so far. The real secret is to live a story.

It’s to create a narrative that appropriately incentivizes you to choose a level of discomfort and suffering necessary for sustaining a deeper fulfillment. That will actually keep you in motion. That’s what makes the difference.

If you take care of the story, happiness doesn’t need to be enough. You get something better. You get sustained fulfillment.

Meditation

Meditation

What is Meditation?

Meditation is that which gives you deep rest. Meditation is an activity in which the practitioner just sits and allows the mind to dissolve. Meditation is not concentration. It is de-concentration.The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. When the mind becomes free from agitation, is calm and serene and at peace, meditation happens.

Why Learn to Meditate ?

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

Usually we find it difficult to control our mind. It seems as if our mind is like a balloon in the wind – blown here and there by external circumstances. If things go well, our mind is happy, but if they go badly, it immediately becomes unhappy. For example, if we get what we want, such as a new possession or a new partner, we become excited and cling to them tightly. However, since we cannot have everything we want, and since we will inevitably be separated from the friends and possessions we currently enjoy, this mental stickiness, or attachment, serves only to cause us pain. On the other hand, if we do not get what we want, or if we lose something that we like, we become despondent or irritated. For example, if we are forced to work with a colleague whom we dislike, we will probably become irritated and feel aggrieved, with the result that we will be unable to work with him or her efficiently and our time at work will become stressful and unrewarding.

What is Meditation Posture ?

When we practice meditation, we need to have a comfortable seat and a good posture. The most important feature of the posture is to keep our back straight. To help us do this, if we are sitting on a cushion we make sure that the back of the cushion is slightly higher than the front, inclining our pelvis slightly forward. It is not necessary at first to sit cross-legged, but it is a good idea to become accustomed to sitting in the posture of Buddha. If we cannot hold this posture we should sit in one which is as close to this as possible while remaining comfortable.

What are the Benefits of Meditation ?

  1. A calm mind
  2. Good Concentration
  3. Clarity of perception
  4. Improvement in communication
  5. Blossoming of skills and talents
  6. An unshakeable inner strength
  7. Healing
  8. The ability to connect to an inner source of energy
  9. Relaxation, rejuvenation, and good luck are all natural results of meditating regularly.

Friends if you are not doing mediation then try it , it will surely give you relax pleasure and let yourself free from all worries.

Life on Earth without the Sun-Part 2 Continued…

gg

Hello readers as we have already read previous part of ” Life on Earth without sun ” here is the link https://voiceofdil.com/2017/07/18/life-on-earth-without-the-sun/

Continued part………………………

After the sun’s departure…… Until the availability of coal, petroleum and nuclear fuel, we will keep our cities as bright as before.

But the main reason for our concern is food because….Making food by plants will stop immediately after disappearance of sun. Significantly, 99.99% of our food is currently dependent on the need for photosynthesis.

Most of the world’s vegetation will die soon. The unavailability of food will start world war again and hungry army will not be able to protect us.

A week after the sun’s departure, the average temperature of the Earth will be around -20 degree. At this temperature we can survive but…..The passing of two months temperature will be phenomenally fallen by -100 degrees.

At such a low temperature…Our atmosphere of gases will be frozen in the form of ice and will come to earth as a 100 meter high ice pile of “oxygen-nitrogen snow”. All the oceans on earth will get frozen.

Fatal radiation and charging particles present in the universe coming from the stars, black holes, super nova etc. will directly hit Earth’s and save from these deadly rays which are capable of damaging the DNA. Will not be possible.

Between fatal temperatures and biological conditions and unavailability of food…. There will be no way for the survivors to stay alive in addition to traveling on any other planet adaptable to life.

Will be left behind… A snow covered city, an inexhaustible world, witnessed the disappointing end of humans….. Our own earth.

A rocky snowy world…. On which ever we heard the gossip of human beings, the words of our happiness…But now in this world only human incidents are buried under ice stacks.

THE END
