Thank you Friends for your good responses on our Article “Chutney” therefore we again come-up with off the track Article “Chilli Gramflour Cheela” with its delicious recipe for breakfast special.
It will take only 30 minutes to make it and serve it.

Servings : 2 People
- 0.50 cup Gram Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida powder
- 0.50 green chilli small size
- coriander leaves few
- 0.50 onion
- 0.50 tomato
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon Oil
Chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves finely.
In a bowl put Gram Flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, asafotida, salt and mix well. Add required water and make batter neither thick nor thin. Add chopped green chilli and coriander leaves to the batter and mix it well.
Heat a non-stick Pan and pour a big ladle of the batter starting from the corner to the middle of the Pan like Omelet . Lift the Pan and tilt in a circular motion so that the batter spreads uniformly. Sprinkle chopped onion and tomato on the top. Pour little oil around the pancake and allow to cook for few minutes. Flip it over and cook other side also and remove.
Serve with any Chutney.
